Growing up my mum, sisters and I would often spend weekends making hair and face masks at home, and there’s no time like the present to get creative and make a kitchen cupboard face mask! The green tea and raw coconut in this mask will calm down and cool any red areas on the face, whilst the honey moisturises and helps to balance surface bacteria which can often be the root cause of inflammation.

Apply in the evenings.

To Make:

Cleanse face and neck

Empty the contents of one green tea bag into a clean bowl

Add one dessertspoon each of Raw Coconut and Honey. Mix well.

Apply to face and neck, avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 15 minutes, then splash away with tepid water. Apply your night time skincare.
